Konnekt Kerstfeest 2019

Op zaterdag 21 december organiseerde Stichting Konnekt Buurtnetwerken een kerstactiviteit.

Deze keer heeft Konnekt er voor gekozen een besloten middag/avond te organiseren voor verschillende cliënten van de kledingbank en een aantal vaste bezoek(st)ers van de huiskamer. Bij het samenstellen van de gastenlijst is specifiek gekeken naar mensen die heel krap in hun financiën zitten en/of mensen die in eenzaamheid leven of het met de feestdagen extra moeilijk hebben.

Om 15.00 uur ging de deur van de buurthuiskamer open en kwamen alle genodigden binnen welke hartelijk werden ontvangen met gezelligheid, kerstmuziek, een kopje koffie/thee en een heerlijke oliebol die zoals elk jaar ook dit jaar weer ruimhartig en liefdevol geschonken werden door Jan & Yvonne Vlot van de oliebollenkraam op het pleintje van het winkelcentrum Akkerhof. Na de oliebol en de koffie werd er een gezellige IQuiz gehouden waarbij verschillende leuke prijzen te winnen waren waarna het tijd geworden was voor de Konnekt Kerstmodeshow met feestelijke kleding uit de kledingbank die gelopen werd door verschillende vrijwillige modellen van kind tot ouder.

Na de modeshow was er een gezellig aangekleed kerstbuffet met verschillende heerlijke lekkernijen uit de multiculturele keuken. De verschillende gerechten waren door verschillende vrijwilligsters van Konnekt bereid waardoor het buffet niet alleen een multiculturele maar ook heel persoonlijke sfeer had. Nadat iedereen zijn/haar buikje vol gegeten had, werd afgesloten met een drankje en mochten alle aanwezige gasten gratis feestelijke kleding voor de komende feestdagen uitzoeken in de kledingbank. Bij vertrek kregen de gasten ook nog een leuk presentje in de vorm van een mooie decoratieve tafelkaars mee naar huis.

Stichting Konnekt Buurtnetwerken is een vrijwilligersorganisatie in de wijk Spijkenisse Zuid-West welke probeert bewoners uit de eenzaamheid te halen en met elkaar in contact te laten komen door middel van onder andere het openstellen van haar laagdrempelige buurthuiskamer aan de Lenteakker 5c in Spijkenisse en het organiseren van verschillende activiteiten in de wijk. Momenteel is de buurthuiskamer in verband met de kerst/nieuwjaar vakantie gesloten maar vanaf maandag 6 januari 2020 bent u en jij weer elke maandag, dinsdag en donderdag tussen 9.00 en 15.00 van harte welkom om een kopje koffie of thee te komen drinken. Stichting Konnekt Buurtnetwerken richt zich in eerste instantie op de bewoners van de wijken uit Spijkenisse Zuid-West maar in principe zijn alle inwoners uit Nissewaard welkom in de buurthuiskamer of bij georganiseerde activiteiten in de wijk.

    added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment.
